Overall, this clinic is amazing - attentive staff and great service. Specifically, I see Dr. Ellis a lot for treatments for my acne scars. I really appreciate her beside manner, she's incredibly approachable. She wants the best care for her patients, she always leaves time for me to ask all of my questions and make sure I understand my diagnoses. Together, we've worked out a treatment plan that meets my needs and that I feel comfortable with. When she knew that I needed a laser service that they do not have, she helped me find a physician that does have it. After developing a reaction to a lip balm, seeing another provider who wanted to to perform an extremely aggressive treatment on my already inflamed lips, the best choice I made was to change providers to Dr. Potozkin and his PA Jen! They carefully reviewed the inflamed tissue, taking time to assess and consider potential treatment options, My first dermatologist wanted to treat by freezing (extremely painful), Dr. P and Jen placed me on an oral medication and within 2 days the skin had significantly improved, at 1 week they were near normal. I've been bothered by the fullness under my chin for quite some time. I tried Kybella which I didn't see much improvement with. I came in for a second opinion on a spot on my face that was of concern. Was told it could be cancerous and it was actually broken capillaries. I saw Dr. Potozkin for some troubling hair loss that I am experiencing. I heard about his practice through a friend who saw him for the same issue and was very happy with her results. I have also heard about his practice from other doctors in the area who spoke very highly of him and saw them for their own dermatologic and cosmetic issues. At my visit, he was very knowledgeable and explained the options that he could offer me. I decided to proceed with PRP injections, which he performed, along with adding Rogaine to use twice a day at home. I look forward to seeing results over time and will be returning to the practice in a month for more PRP and some Botox as I saw that he wrote a book on it! In a world where almost everyone who legally can offer cosmetic treatments is doing so, it is very comforting to have found someone who has had extensive training in the field, is board-certified in dermatology, and has a top notch practice. Dr. Potozkin is great! I'm usually seen right on time and he's usually able to schedule my appointments in a timely manner. His office staff is extremely competent and friendly. Overall time and again just a great experience, wish all the Drs could operate their offices with the same efficiency and sensitivity to patient needs!

I have to say after reading a previous comment about laser treatment. I had laser on 2 large tattoos and after one treatment notice a real lighting in color. I'm sure this is working and it shows already. But it only makes sense that it will take multiple treatments and that its nearly impossible to predict how many. I am anxiously awaiting my next treatment to further remove 2 very old and blurry tattoos. The staff is very good at what they do and I'm impressed with the openness and honestly in regards to evaluating and recommending treatments.
