After my initial visit with Dr. Katz, I went to the Palm Endoscopy Center for my procedure. It was so easy, clean and very organized. The staff were kind and ready to help with any questions or how to do anything. My husband was comfortable in the waiting room. I was in and out in a timely manner. This is a group that goes above and beyond good patient care. They REALLY take care of you. Aside from excellent clinical care, there are little touches, like a warm hospital gown and blankets prior to your procedure and a follow-up wellness call the next day. My primary care physician referred me to Dr.Katz and after my first visit it was determined that I needed to have my first colonoscopy. He explained the process and what to expect and we scheduled the procedure 2 weeks later. After the procedure he confirmed irritation (biopsy came back as UC) and let me know he didn’t see signs of cancer. So grateful for being able to understand and work on controlling my condition. Dr Katz has been my Dr since 2002. I feel truly blessed to be in his care. He is kind and very professional. He found my colon cancer in 2002 and takes me through the following necessary. test : endoscopies' and colonoscopies with no painful experience and little to no anxiety due to the complete trust I have in him. I have not had another colon caner episode since due to his diligents in testing me. I thank God and this excellent Dr. Thank you Dr Katz for taking such great care of me. I am forever grateful.

Interface with insurance was handled by staff, & there was only one area where additional patient expenses were found after the proceedure & initial co-pays.
