I waited 45 minutes to see the physician. I had plenty of time to observe the texting, gum chewing, masks half off and chatting at the reception desk—particularly the more senior of the two women, The attempt by the overworked/harried nurse to get vitals was cursory at best. There is no way she got a blood pressure reading given the way in which the monitor was put on. Dr. Popli was personable and asked several times if I had questions. The appt was for a screening before a routine colonoscopy so not a lot of questions from me. Overall, I’d give a grade of C based on front desk and interaction with the nurse. I also chose Dr. Popli for the convenience of his location and was not told that procedures are done in another location. Read full review

Everything went well except when they were putting the IV into my arm . Nurses need to listen to the patient with they tell them that it would be better for them to put the IV in the left arm because the patient knows better concerning their body .
